Speaker: Mr. Santosh Kulkarni

Santosh Ravindra Kulkarni brings over 35 years of experience in the gear cutting and manufacturing industry, having worked with leading automotive and engineering organizations. His career includes enriching service at reputable companies which includes Bajaj Auto, Waluj, Hi-Tech Gears, Bharat Forge, Suzlon Energy, Varroc Engineering and several others.
Since 2015, he has been associated with Sanjeev Auto, where he currently leads the Business Process Excellence Department, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. A significant portion of his career has been dedicated to the gear cutting domain, giving him deep industry expertise.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (1989) from Government Engineering College, Karad.
